Return Authorization

To maintain our high level of in-house and on-site services, our business partners and we use a Return Authorization (RA) industry standard product forward/return protocol.  All defective product must be returned with a Return Authorization Number (RA), of which the customer must complete on Inverter Technologies website.

Before requesting an RA, the customer should contact a Inverter Technologies sales support personnel, sales@invertertechnologies.com, to evaluate and troubleshoot the problem.  Many problems can be solved remotely. If the Inverter Technologies sales support personnel cannot resolve the problem, the customer will be directed to Inverter Technologies' website at www.invertertechnologies.com for completing the Return Authorization form.
